TAKEOVER COORDINATION

When you’ve planned the majority of your wedding on your own but need additional support and expertise in the final stages, our Takeover Coordination is the *perfect* offering. We designed this option specifically for couples who want to treat themselves to the gift of peace-of-mind and presence leading up to and on their wedding day.
From the moment we welcome you to the Smitten family you will have access to our years of planning experience with your very own digital planning guide. This guide is full of tips and tricks to assist you through the planning process before our wedding planners step in at the six-month mark to set you up for a seamless celebration—ensuring you haven’t left a single stone unturned (because something as monumental as your wedding calls for a second set of eyes). Your "*takeover*" will commence six weeks before your wedding so we can take over the heavy lifting going forward with open email communication, logistics coordination, timeline development, vendor correspondence takeover, rehearsal coordination, and (of course!) the orchestration of your wedding day.
